Dance 4 Unity is the student run dance club at WCC. It is fast paced, fun, and free to join. Join our classes, get involved as a club member, or come to a show! Either way you will gain experience in dance and leadership, and you are bound to have a whole lot of fun along the way!
History
Dance 4 Unity was founded in January 2003, at Washtenaw Community College, in Ann Arbor, MI, by Krisilyn Frazier, who saw a need for a dance club where students of all ages could join in for free, and learn the art of dance. Dance 4 Unity provides student run classes and performance opportunities, especially for those who otherwise would not be able to do so.
Mission Statement
Dance 4 Unity is a non-profit organization that utilizes the art of dance bringing people of all cultures and backgrounds together; through hard work, creativity, and dedication, we unite to create substantial work of art. Combining dance and diversity, we generate unity: thus Dance 4 Unity
All classes are open to the public and are free of charge
